KC Lam is Head of Consulate and Chamber Engagement as well as Head of Transport and Industrial at InvestHK, the Government Department responsible for attracting and retaining strategic foreign direct investment (FDI) into Hong Kong.
Prior to this position, he held the environmental technology portfolio at InvestHK. Before that, he was in the private sector serving in Hong Kong’s major airline in commercial and technical roles.
KC holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Bristol University and a Master’s degree in Computer-Integrated Manufacturing from Cranfield University.
